I put a FedEx Ground Package to be shipped in a pick-up box - as I have done for years. For several days, the package read online as "label created," but no movement of the actual item.
I called Customer Service and was informed the drop boxes are for Express Pick-Up Items Only and as a result it would take an extra 5 days before the item actually found its way to a FedEx Ground facility. It actually took FedEx SIX DAYS before I was able to get any movement activity on the item.
Has anyone else experienced this or is Columbia, Maryland being ran by a bunch of prissy primadonnas?
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of very poor customer service and delivery service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of express drop box. Fedex needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
