Terrible 'ground' service. They come by your house, leave a note, then return to your house without notice and then when you call, they tell you they came by 3 times (we have one notice).

Best part, they don't have to, nor do they tell you when they are coming back. Call them and they tell you it is your problem. Please drive out to Delta and pick up your package. Sorry sir, we don't care you are unhappy with our service, we did our job.

BRUTAL, BUYER BEWARE. I never thought I would say this but Canada Post provides better service and that is setting the bar very, very low.
