Again, FedEx failed to deliver a package on the day they called (twice) to tell me to be there to sign for it. Further, they showed it out for delivery on the truck for two days running before today.
I will specify UPS or USPS in the future for anything critical. I have had much better experience from UPS and even the US Post Office in the past two years. What are these FedEx people thinking? I'm not going to use them again unless they are a total last resort....they better figure out a way to give their customers the day and time (within 2 hours) of the actual delivery.
Don't tell me in this day and age it can't be done with computer simulations and gps.
FedEx owes me for the time I wasted waiting around for their promised but non-delivery. They mislead with impunity and could care less about their customers and it really pis___s me off.
