Fed-ex couldn't deliver the promise to resolve the issue for my held up almost 2wks parcel for no reason now, promised issue resolved with customs and promised a date of delivery by their customer service at fedex that was all a LIE!!!Don't trust them!!
they later quoted they never made that promise to me and will need to wait further 3 days on top! further lead by far the worst manager who quotes U indirectly as a liar! you will not get anything resolved with them!!!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex delivery service. FedEx needs to "alter your decision making and change your lieing dishonest staffing, and a full refund to the bad postal service experience!" according to poster's claims.
