I have waited since 11/29/2013 for my packages to be deliver to my address, and every time I t rack the packages it show that the clients was not available for delivery and is not true. FedEx diver is to lazy to loop up my name in the buzzer so I can give him/her access to my building, I have call 3 times to the office branch and they said they deliver a note to the driver to ring the buzzer and still I do not have my packages.

Horrible service!! There is also a number to call in the main door from the property Manager that clearly said UPS and FedEx call this number, but again, the driver just did not bother to read or to look up my last name in the buzzer, I just received an order from UPS with no problem at all, therefore the problem is FedEx service.

I am a supposed to call off at work and stay all day outside my building to wait for the driver?
