Fedex conveyed total lack of customer communication failure. Employee incompetence.

Received delivery for a parcel. A deliveryman left a pickup tag on door with one delivery number on. I assumed that there was only one package they were trying to deliver. Apparently he had two deliveries and there actually were two items.

After driving 20 miles to pick up the item I was told there was another parcel to pick up, but it wasn't at their facility and I would have to wait two days to pick it up. Deliveryman made no remarks on tag. Still haven't found out where second package is.

Its ridiculous that customer has to spend all their time and gas to track down their deliveries. Driver conveyed total incompetence.
