Everything that could go wrong has.

Fedex staff and their systems are a nightmare to deal with, they might as well be rude and shouting it's the same thing as being incompetent, unable to perform small tasks, unable to carry out instructions.

When I call, I have to repeat myself over and over and my questions are answered with vague stupidity.

I don't even know what's happening but Fedex keeps calling, my husband and me during business hours to ask silly thing and inform us of useless stuff.

I have called them twice and I still haven't got a delivery date from them, all they do is inform me of what can't be done, how much money has to be paid, to customs. No other info is given, I have to pry information about banking details and package whereabouts.

I can't even explain how useless they are. They have no coherent sense; to anything they do. They have disrupted my life and taken up so much of my time that I will never get back.

They are unprofessional, wishy-washy and have no concept of efficiency.

My package is somewhere. Do your job, deliver my package and learn how to do business.

Monetary Loss: $500.
