Where do I begin. Long story short I have been waiting 12 days and still no package.

I got a notification that delivery would be made on certain day and to be there to sign. Took off work to sign and no package came. Spoke to customer service and they said it could be delivered past a certain time next day. They tried delivering 6 hours before that time.

Had package routed to FedEx pick up place. Been two days and they attempted to deliver to my house where I cannot be cause I work.

Unlike FedEx, I work and accomplish tasks.

Your company and your methods are beyond pathetic and are broken. You have lost me as a customer completely and I will never order from a online store that only uses FedEx.

In short FedEx as a company is a completely useless service that deserves a solid curb stromp to the head.
