My parcel has been sitting in Fedex warehouse for 6 days 4 towns from me.The tracking has been saying Out or On truck for delivery multiple days.

Went from 9-11-2017 to 9-16-2017. They keep changing the delivery date. Now they say delivery attemp unsucessful. We have been home waiting for 6 days .

No attempt has been made. The customer service rep gave me a claim number this morning. Said i would get a call within 2 hours. That was B.S.

Also. These people have done this multiple times over the years to us. There has to be a way to boycott these people. The Home delivery is a joke.

Ive been told by multiple drivers i know is that the private contractors that are used have an issue if they have to go a mile out of the way.Totally disgusting and misleading !
