I got my packages but important costly clothes are missing from the package, new clothes which we bought and due to excess baggage we sent it through FEDEX other items like food and snacks we got but the clothes worth 5 to 800 bucks are missing from the packages. Going to lodge the complaints with small claim courts.
Tried call them and they said it is moved to the tracking and they could not track it therefore not sure how I will handle this, I called manytimes and also ask for the supervisor but no response from them.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $800. Fedex needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
