I have been waiting for almost three weeks for fragile package. On FIVE occasions the tracking site indicated delivery was to be made and We stayed home to receive package, the driver did not show on any of these dates.

He did arrive unannounced three times, what joy we of course were not home. Now we have the fine option of driving to pick it up ourselves or paying FedEx for delivery scheduling!!! I will attempt to pick up package that has been riding around truck for 16 days which is most likely ruined and I will have to refuse.
