I've been waiting for a Priority Overnight package that was schedule for Thursday but Fedex claims that they had airplane troubles, so the package was delayed. How can they claim that trouble with a plane delays a package when I live in the DC area and the package was stuck in one of their hubs, I guess Fedex has only one airplane that goes from Tennessee to DC.
Then this morning with the package already a day late, I get an automated e-mail that the driver tried to deliver. That total BullS...t, I've been waiting near the door all morning long.
There is not even a door tag. DON'T EVER USE FEDEX WHEN YOU MUST GET YOUR PACKAGES.
