Why does any company use FedEx for shipments to customers? Especially if they want to build customer relations?
FedEx touts their tracking system, but it is totally useless and their customer service representatives are even worse.
It is impossible to get a straight answer from them and today, after speaking to one, the "tracking" information that I did have with estimated delivery time and date mysteriously disapppeared. I would like to be able to say this is the only bad experience I've had with them, but unfortunately I can not do that - there has been an issue with EVERY delivery I've ever had from them.
