Recently, I made several purchases, one of which was sent FedEx expedited delivery. Ten days later and I'm still waiting for the package.

I've made no fewer than 8 calls and e-mails to FedEx who insisted each time that there was nobody available to receive the shipment. After making special arrangements and waiting all day on two occasions, I still have no package, just a bunch of excuses and requests for me to come and pick up the package at the Fort Worth facility (well over an hour from my home). I've enlisted the help of the company where I made the purchase and this has not made a difference. In the meantime, I have 5 UPS tracking numbers showing successful deliveries during the time frame that FedEx insisted they couldn't deliver.

The most frustrating part about my experience is that FedEx doesn't care.

My opinion is that when a company fails over and over again without making a decent attempt at fixing their error; they are unprofessional and undeserving of my business. Frustrating!!!
