I have waited to receive my annual delivery of gourmet wine. I live in a senior independent living building.
This is day 4 that I haven't received my purchase. I tried calling the corporate office in Memphis Tennessee. The phone sends you back to FedEx customer service. I have talked to 3 delivery managers.
No result. After the driver knocked at my door today, I said the door is open. I'll be right there because Wednesday is one of my building Trash pickup day. I have a cane.
The driver left. Now I'm waiting for a call from Fedex delivery manager Lamar. I finished my complaint to my local BBB. FedEx has an A plus rating.
As a senior I don't have time to waste. I now know to check corporate BBB rating and if it's an A or better complain to the BBB. BBB rating drums up customers for business.
My rating reflects no delivery for 4 days. If I get my merchandise, I will revisit this review.
