We have been waiting for a printer for my husband's photography business. We legitimately missed the 1st delivery attempt.
No big deal. I was awaiting a visitor and sitting approx. 5 feet from my front door, the FedEx driver came and "attempted" delivery. Meaning walked up and stuck a tag on the door and walked away.
We made several telephone calls, most of which had promises of return calls that never came. Finally to be hung up on by the local facilities manger when asked for her name in connection with us asking for them to return the package to the originating location.
