A FedEx driver damaged my lawn in February. I contacted the local office immediately and was told that I have to get a repair estimate.

I got the estimate, received my claim number and faxed in the estimate. After several weeks of getting the run-around I was then told that I need 2 estimates. I got the second estimate and sent it in (I paid out $120.00 for the 2 estimates).

I have sent e-mails to and left voice mails for Lynne Corriveau and have not yet received a reply or any update as to when I will be reimbursed for the damages. I am beyond frustrated at the way they handle or rather don't handle claims.
