Worst service ever. They deliver to the wrong address 60% of the time when delivering to my house.

Last time they blamed me for the seller not requesting a signature when they shipped item. You'd think they could flag the system with a house description at least. Such as only 2 story house in neighborhood, doesn't have a side door, etc...... but then again, you'd think they could read street signs or follow GPS and not leave my stuff a block away.

Amazing how DHL and UPS have never gotten confused.

I'm sure they're great when everything goes fine, but when there's a problem , they seem to have no idea how to recover. They may be slow but USPS has never once left my package at the wrong house just because the address # was the same.
