I woke up 3 hours earlier to be ready for their drop-off of my package. I have been sitting in the living room, trying to busy myself with my laptop, waiting and waiting.
Two hours had gone by so I decided to phone and track my package. It says delivery was attempted at 10:50 am. I was sitting in my living room at that time! I can't believe that some Fedex driver just LIED like that.
UNBELIEVABLE. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
How can you literally lie like that and try to get away with it?
How can I avoid Fedex when I'm online shopping? UGH.
