I ordered shoes online on 4/26. I received tracking info that my package was scheduled to be delivered 5/1.

No package, 5/2, tracking info says 'cannot locate recipient'. 5/3, it says ' awaiting additional delivery information from recipient'. Call FedEx, they say no one was home, despite my husband being home all day. FedEx calls me 5/8, stating that my address is incorrect, I assure them that it is correct.

He tells me it should be delivered by 5/9. FedEx calls me again 5/14, stating that they have lost my package. I say ok, f**k it, I'm done. 5/16, I get tracking info that the package is being shipped back to the shipper, because supposedly, they tried contacting me on 5/15 to deliver my package.

Because of their incompetence, I have cancelled all of my memberships online that use FedEx as their couriers. FedEx, you all suck.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lied about package handling and do not perform, That fedex isnt actually delivering my item, Whole experience.

I order shoes from an ONLINE boutique... Everyone doesn't buy their shoes from Payless like you.
