2 Days in a Row. Sat at home waiting for a FedEx Package.
I have a paper ON THE DOOR that explains how to ring my doorbell, and that also gives my phone number. Day 1 - I see online: "Business Closed - No Delivery Attempt Made" (I thought this meant that the FedEx location was closed, so I didn't think much of this). Day 2 - I see online, again 2:55 PM - "Business Closed - No Delivery Attempt Made." Ironically, I received a separate delivery...FROM FEDEX...at 3:30PM on Day 2! So unless both my doorbell and my phone suddenly stopped working for 30 minutes...these were two flat-out lies, and no delivery attempt was made.
Super-frustrating, and lack-luster support from FedEx. :-(
