FedEx is messing with my mama. They called to say they would deliver an overnight package by 3:00 yesterday that needed a signature.

No delivery, no estimated delivery on the website and no way to get through to customer service. The website does say it is in their facility in the next town. So today she calls the local store and they tell her they are two days behind so she should go to the sorting facility with her tracking number to pick up the package by 5:00 if she wants to get it before Christmas.

She goes and they make an announcement to the waiting crowds that if they have been told their package arrived at the facility yesterday it hasn't been checked in and they can go home. Merry Christmas,
