Ordered three pairs of shoes from Keen (retail $300). They said they delivered on June 4th.
I called and asked where they deliver and they said Macy's distribution warehouse. I said I work at a bike shop almost 20 miles from there. OK we'll send the driver back to get it. After a week of getting the run around I contacted Keen.
Keen waited 4 days to see if they could find the box then shipped out another box with three more pairs ($300). Fedex managed to send this box to the exact same Macy's warehouse AGAIN. Now Fedex is allegedly trying to find the box. I asked if the driver is illiterate since the address is completely different.
Fedex blamed the guy loading the truck. Fedex has lost $600 worth of merchandise and there is zero accountability.
I could have had the U.S.P.S. deliver more efficiently with better customer service
Monetary Loss: $600.
