Shipped 6 boxes containing $2,300 (declared & insured) worth of used gear. On Dec 5 2011, only 5 boxes make it. The contents of the missing box where worth $700 and where essential for all other parts to work.

After having the recipient go through a claims process, they tell him that I must file the claim (BS, is clearly says either party can file a claim). I file a claim and provide ALL requested documentation.

On January 7 (yes, 2 months and hours of their BS), they deny the claim, and NO ONE bothers to contact me or the recipient in any way. I don't find out until I call in. Since the package is lost and not damaged, you can't prove that what you claim was in the box was actually there. And since it was part of a group with a single value, they say you can't prove that the lost box contained what you claim, no matter how much you insured the whole lot for.... So as far as they are concerned, It was an empty box. There is NO WAY around this, if they loose a package which is part of a group, YOU LOOSE. PERIOD.

NEVER SHIP MULTIPLE PACKAGES WITH A SINGLE VALUE WHEN USING UPS OR DHL.

NEVER EVER EVER USE FEDEX... YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY SOONER THAN LATER !!

Monetary Loss: $700.
