I recently moved from Houston to Los Angeles. I shipped a huge box of my clothes and FedEx LOST the it.
THEY LOST ALL MY CLOTHES!!! I filed a claim, which took forever. They are poor communicators and you have to continuously call for updates. Weeks later I received a check for $132.
Seriously???? That box included all my clothes and business suites valued at well over $1000. And they have the nerve to send my a lousy $132.
Then I get a call from some Manager stating that there is nothing that this multi-billion dollar company can do. Fedex...you suck!!!
Monetary Loss: $1.
