Friday we shipped a $20,000 camera from one location to another. Now they are calling saying they lost it.

This is the 3 package out of 3 I have sent in the past month by FedEx that they have lost, found, and has arrived significantly late. Their trace agents are nasty people who are probably well tired of people calling about their missing packages. It is time for my company to move to UPS. If you want something shipped correctly and on time, do not by any circumstances use FedEx.

Thwy also make it near impossible to get refunded.

It takes weeks on end and they hope you will forget about it and they never refund you. This also has happened to me time and time again.

Monetary Loss: $20000.
