So I had some important documents shipped by FedEx (US passport with French visa and the French embassy asked for a self addressed FedEx envelope) and it was supposed to be shipped on Monday and I didn't receive anything and when I tracked the package it said it was delivered Monday at 8 am !!! But I never receive it and ther was someone at home all day !

I have called costumer service and filed a complain and they said they will contact the driver but no response (I have called 3-4 times) and I don't get why they can loose something that important ! I don't know if they : 1.- lost it 2.- delivered to the wrong address 3.- they were to lazy to send it that day and just marked it as sent. Now I'm just wondering what to do ! Since they are not giving me any answer !

I want to know if someone has had the same or similar problem !

They are making me waste time and money !! I'm supposed to take a plane and join my husband and now because they lost it I can't go back with him !

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Priority Overnight Delivery Service.
