I shipped a package on Decmeber 20, 2009 from Williamstown, NJ to Pennsauken, NJ. I have tracking information from pick up to delivery.
To date the customer has never received the package. The driver told the customer that he left it at his business at 8:30 am. And further stated that it was received by an employee. Yet, the business does not open up until 10:00 am.
No one was at the business when the package was reported to be delivered.
This customer has contacted FedEx multiple times, has been given the run-around, and the driver can not account for the location of the package. I would suggest anyone using fedEx be very careful.
