i had a laptop from hp. and had trouble with laptop.
hp sent a ox from fedex and told me to pack laptop and drop in fedex dropbox, it was done twice before no problem. the third time i did it my laptop never reached hp. and fedex and hp have given me the run around for 2 months saying there is nothing they can do.
Fedex has lost my packages and trys to get out of the claims. I having the same problems and feel my last resource is to take fedex and hp to court to pay for my loss.
