Do not use FedEx. I work for a WH where there is a daily FedEx pickup.

I placed a 2500$ item with a prepaid FedEx label for pick up. The item was picked up by the driver, never entered into the FedEx database and they state they didn't pick it up. They do not leave receipts for pick ups. It is apparently not possible to talk to a live person for this complaint.

Their customer service is a joke.

Use UPS or some other carrier. I will try and get my company to eliminate FedEx as a carrier.You should too.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

If it was worth $2500, then I would have hauled my *** into a store to have a real person take care of everything.
