Company is unresponsive and apparently unconcerned about customer satisfaction.
They claimed delivery late in the evening (9:16 PM) yet no one knocked on the door or rang a bell and the dogs never indicated anyone nearby even though I was in the room adjacent to the door at the supposed time of delivery.
They will not call back when promised or seem to attempt to locate the package they apparently lost.
I have made numerous phone called to them and sent emails trying to track the package. Finally I had to contact the shipper to make a claim against them for the item.
