I paid Fedex $116 to deliver an envelope with very urgent travel documents in it, from Oregon to London. This extremely urgent and expensive service is called International First.
My husband was waiting for the document to travel and I actually paid the extra 60 dollars so that it would be delivered in two days before 9 am. Following their inability to deliver by promised time, they posted on tracking page "Delivery Exception- Future Delivery Requested". And I called them as the sender from Oregon, simultaneously my husband called them from London to ask what the heck was going on. To me, on the phone they told me "The recipient -my husband- requested future delivery!!!
And guess what!
To him, on the phone, they told him "The sender -ME!- requested future delivery!!! YOU ARE SUCH LIARS FEDEX!
