On September 4, 2009 I shipped a package that had about $4000 worth of camera equipment in it. I was addressed to Canon USA in Irving Texas.
The Package was shipped to Canon USA in New York. They tried to pull the package back but it could not be found and was told to submit a claim, That is were the problem comes in. They rejected they claim stating it was delivered. The managers of the claims department have not called me as stated they would.
Every day that I call and talk to the claims rep they say that it is a manager issue now and they can not help me. But they will no pass me to the manager they tell me that I will have to wait on their call.
Monetary Loss: $3700.
