I shipped a package and it did not arrive at the guaranteed time. I called and was told I would receive a call back in 2 hrs.
No call back. I called again and was told I would get a call back in 1 hr. No call back. I called again and told them this time I was recording the call as well as them and they hung up.
It's against their policy for me to record as well. 40,000 a year on average will no longer be going to FedEx.
