Expecting a shipment from Fedex, arived at home to find a door tag, signature required. Called Fedex, the customer agent logged in my request that the driver would drop off package after 4:00 the next day, gave them my cell number to contact if any problems.

Rushed home, lost an hours wage, arrived at 3:30 to find another door tag, driver stopped by at 11:07 a.m. Called Fedex, they stated they don't take requests, and my previous conversation with the customer service agent was just a request, no guarantees - wasn't told this critical information the previous day. I asked for compenstaion for my lost wage, stated they don't take requets.

Will never use Fedex again.
