I called them to schedule a delivery, left both my buzz number and my phone number (all right, I know they wouldn't call me, but you got my buzz number, can you at least ring the buzz?
I spent the whole morning, sitting next to the buzz phone. Nothing happened. Finally, I got phone call from the seller and she told me that Fedex has already come and failed to contact me. WTH! Have you contacted me at all? Did you ring the buzz? Am I supposed to stand at the lobby just wait for you to leave another notes?!
I am so sick of the terrible service they offer. They don't even know how to ring the buzz
