I had an item shipped from Australia, express shipping, I have ordered from this same company 3 times before and have had no problem with customs or delivery.

My package was supposed to be delivered Thursday, when it did not show up, I called and asked what the hold up was,

First they told me that there had been a problem/ outage in the system and that it should be back en route by the next morning, it is now Sunday,I called them today and they are now telling me its held up in customs, when I asked them what information I or the company needed to provide, or if that i needed to pay any customs charges they said no, and to patient and they have no idea when they'll release my package,and that they'd call or email me as soon as they had more information...they have not called.

I have read it can take anywhere from an hour to over 5 months...so much for EXPRESS shipping!!!

Monetary Loss: $150.
