I just went thru a somewhat harrowing experience. I ordered an expensive item.

FedEx tried to deliver today but I wasn't home. (I work)! They said they could not deliver on Saturday so I tried to tell them to deliver it to my workplace. I went thru 2 operators, the first I could not understand at all, and the second, barely.

We'll see if it arrives Monday at my workplace. I am praying here!

From now on when I shop online, if it is delivered with FedEx, I am not ordering it -- Not worth the hassle. I know you probably pay these workers below minimum wage; saving money there but you are lowering your customer base and this will destroy your business in the long run
