FedEx received the pkg 12/2 (SmartPost package); it took 6 days to go from NC to KS (they must be using Pony Express). Since 12/12 (it's now 12/18) package has been at a sorting facility in Houston (destination city).
Website and FB are no help; no response to emails; called customer service and was told to "just wait" and that it was USPS's fault (USPS hasn't received the package; FedEx has to deliver it to USPS).
Finally was told it MIGHT (underscore might) arrive at USPS by 12/21 or 12/22 (apparently they are sorting by hand). Absolutely the worst shipper ever.
This reviewer shared experience about "over 2 weeks to deliver pkg & customer service" and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $55. The author is overall dissatisfied with FedEx. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
