I had a package overnight to my house, tracking shows that the package was delivered the moment I noticed the package was not delivered or might have being delivered to the wrong address I called fedex almost right away , the advised me to check with the neighbors which I shouldnt have to but I did ... Still didn't find the package so i was adviced my FedEx that since it's a home delivery the driver does not have to turn back around to trace its steps but would have to go back to the station and I would have to wait another week to for the claim to be filed and processed

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with FedEx. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
