FedEx took the Package from Amazon seller, but didn't deliver to me . For making more profit, they have tie-up with Post office.

As per FedEx, package is delivered to USPS!. First Customer Support person told - They'll not share any dispute number or case number or even an email. Second Customer Support person told - They'll not open a dispute. FedEx is NOT accountable for the package they took from the Seller.

Also FedEx will not hold the package at their office.

They'll just dump all the packages with Post office as per their FedEx Smart Post business model. Stay away from these people.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $450.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service on the phone.
