Not resolved

I ordered items online for my son and they were supposed to be at my home the 26th of March @ 12:09 p.m. and I haven't seen the packages at all...come to find out the driver delivered the packages to the wrong address when I did the order I simply put the right address and checked 3 times to make sure it was right.....FedEx needs to do better i'm outraged I deserve a refund and replacement items because the items should've been sent to the right address in the first place thanks to the driver
