Well normally I wouldn't have cared if a package was late or was sent to the wrong place, but a passport from a passport expediting company? When this passport expediting company uses FedEx to deliver passports to the right people.

Information that cousin be used to steal someone's identity? Not only that but it took 3-4 emails, 2 phone calls, and 6 hours for them to finally call me back with an I'm sorry but your package never left from the sending center. To make it even worse your little boo boo cost me roughly $1500.00 dollars. Plane ticket and hotel.

I was so looking forward to my trip I was finally able to afford only to be stopped by a $35.00 oops someone didn't send out. Now I will say the other times I used FedEx no problems. But this is ***, an I'm sorry your package didn't get too you. Not only that but now I have to explained to the person I was going to see why why I am not able to go until maybe just maybe February.

Maybe this time I won't spend $1500.00 for no reason again.
