FedEx has horrible customer service!The employees constantly lie about the status of your package and they keep putting my package on the wrong truck.
They have attempted to deliver my packet 3 times and each time it was loaded on the wrong truck. One time I can understand but 3 times. Please pick a new career!! Customer service reps need training.
They talk to people like they are idiots.If I had a choice I would never use FedEx but some companies I order from have a contract with FedEx.
