Recently, my work computer broke and I needed a new hard drive. My IT staff paid a steep rate to ship this overnight priority.
It was to arrive by 10:30A. I called at 12:30 and found that it had been put on the truck at 7 and the rep said the truck went out at 9. Yet I still didn't have my package.
This is the response I got, "when deliveries are delayed due to inclement weather the drivers are asked to deliver the packages regardless of service based on the proximity to the delivery station". The refused to reduce my rate to the rate for afternoon delivery since that is when the package actually came.
