I purchased an item shipped with FedEx Priority Overnight, it's been over a week with multiple delivery exceptions and now I have a "Pending" status with "No scheduled delivery date available at this time.". This is unacceptable for such an expensive service.

UPS was able to delivery my package first with their Ground service 2,000 miles away faster than FedEx's Priority Overnight service from 500 miles.

FedEx is absolute garbage, I'll never have an item shipped by this carrier again. Customer service is ignorant , and rude.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Loss of the item i was shipping, Lack of customer service, Poor delivery standards, Terrible customer service.
