Extra paid for overnight delivery... Home all day waiting, dogs did not bark, in the eve I check tracking, say attempted an will try tomorrow, went out found a sticker on a little side door to the garage way on the farthest side of house , garage is added on way over by the driveway, what wrong with the front door a few yards from the street, no they couldn't get in driveway to get back there, my truck was in driveway, went out of way to get there... I called they tell me too bad will deliver tomorrow , sign sticker , put back where is was and they will leave it, I did, next day I sat facing front door all day, no dogs barking, later found a sticker on top the 1st one, same thing, no answer and we sending it back, call cust serv again, I wait forever while they get approval to not send back because I didn't want to make a 3 hour trip to city to get it...3Rd day I had to sit out in the driveway in a lawn chair and wait for 5 1/2 hours , he tells me his supervisor was with him and told him to use that door and to not wait we'll here I sit again for a package I have note on door "I am here" let's see what happens, had my son set up his game system camera in the upstairs window facing the street, pretty pitiful you have to plot, plan, act like your taking on the world to get a package, ,,, when is another company gonna show up to rescue us
