Paid for priority overnight delivery which means it should be delivered by 10:30 AM. Tracking says it was on the truck by 8:30 AM and it is now 2:00PM, no package.

Customer service rep at FedEx tried to give me a BS story about thunderstorm in Memphis last night making my package late. Hmmm...but it was on the truck 10 miles from my house at 8:30 AM. How does a tstorm last night several hundred miles away even factor into this. Calling BS on this one.

Never again FedEx. Next time I will use UPS, at least they won't lie to me.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Fedex. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
