Paid for priority overnight delivery which means it should be delivered by 10:30 AM. Tracking says it was on the truck by 8:30 AM and it is now 2:00PM, no package.

Customer service rep at FedEx tried to give me a BS story about thunderstorm in Memphis last night making my package late. Hmmm...but it was on the truck 10 miles from my house at 8:30 AM. How does a tstorm last night several hundred miles away even factor into this. Calling BS on this one.

Never again FedEx. Next time I will use UPS, at least they won't lie to me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
