I shipped my package to South Africa, Capetown on Priority Shipping on 12/9 I call Federal Express who are a bunch of idiots working for them, they could not get their story straight - they continue to tell me that it is stuck in customs, there was a value of $400 in the package and are saying that they need to inspect the box. Federal Express takes no responsibility it is a continuous run around of where my package is it is unacceptable that they take things so lightly you trust them to ship your package but then when it gets to customs they have no clue of what is happening with it - I feel that this is fraud and that customs in South Africa is a big scam.

They want to keep it to themselves - I still have no answers the Federal Express International has not been any help they are a bunch of idiots, incompetent and could barely speak. I am passed...
