This company not only hires liars & theives but then lies for these people that they hire....Instead of the "shipper" reimbursing the purchaser/ receiver Fed Ex should not only do the refund & dock the drivers pay.
Then I'm sure prices where we shop would go down altogether and the problem of packages accidently disappearing would cease to exist.But the blatant fact that this company continues to deal with this problem more so than any other and the fact that they never put in place consequences for their drivers when things disappear leads me to the conclusion that Fed Ex themselves are nothing but liars and theives - birds of a feather flock together & I will gladly from here on out pay more and inquire for another company to deliver anything I order.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of refund. Fedex needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
